• Holistic massage

  This relaxing treatment helps relieve muscular stiffness and tension, stress and fatigue, and promotes a feeling of well-being. It consists of gentle and flowing strokes, using oils to suit your requirements - calming, stimulating and soothing.

• Natural Lift Facial massage

  Our facial muscles are in constant use from smiling, frowning,crying, eating, yawning etc. Over time this can cause accumulated tension leading to reduced blood and lymph circulation to the facial tissues. This in turn prevents the efficient removal of waste products and reduces the amount of oxygen and nutrients being received. • Facial Reflexology (Bergman method)

  Facial reflexology (Bergman method), also known as The Zone Lift, offers benefits both restorative and therapeutic.

• Reflexology

  Reflexology is the application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the feet, hands, or ears in order to release stress and tension in the nervous system and balance the body's energy.

• Chair massage in the office
